1. Use License

Fincontrollex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content available on this website for personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use.

This includes:

Fincontrollex differentiates between registered and unregistered users as follows:

• Registered Users. By completing the registration process, users gain access to restricted content and are eligible to receive technical support, including troubleshooting and assistance related to our products and services.
• Unregistered Users. May access and use any publicly available materials that Fincontrollex has expressly made available to unregistered visitors. However, they cannot access restricted content or receive technical support.

For our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings, separate, product-specific terms of use apply. Each SaaS product’s terms will be clearly indicated in its description or otherwise provided to you prior to your first use, and you must accept those terms before accessing or using the service. Your use of any SaaS product constitutes your agreement to be bound by its applicable product-specific terms.

If you are receiving customized reports or other deliverables, whether based on Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) or otherwise, under a separate agreement with Fincontrollex LLC, such services shall be governed by the terms of that agreement and not solely by these Terms of Use.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful or violates applicable international, federal, state, or local laws or regulations. You must not infringe upon intellectual property rights—ours or those of others—and you shall refrain from:

• Accessing the site through automated means, including scraping or reverse engineering;
• Uploading or distributing malicious code, viruses, or any other technologies intended to harm or disrupt the website’s functionality or data integrity;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Fincontrollex.

You further agree to interact with the site and our team in a respectful and professional manner. Fincontrollex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the access of any user who engages in abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable conduct, or who fails to comply with these Terms of Use.
