The template is designed for assortment analysis according to the methodology described in detail in the article “How to Increase Profitability with Assortment Management (+ Free Template), see link>>>.
To use the template, you need to enter revenue and margin data broken down by category and SKU. The template will then automatically:
clean the data,
perform multidimensional ABC analysis,
group products into segments, and
present the results in the form of a dashboard as well as SKU-level details with recommendations.

The template contains the following sheets:
Input — sheet for entering SKU data.
Dashboard — dashboard for reviewing overall results.
Details — detailed SKU-level data with segment names and recommendations for each product.
ALERT! — list of SKUs with negative margin, if any.
Returns — list of SKUs with negative revenue, if any.
